I’m not a coffee lover, but when you talk about desserts, the situation changes! 😀 In the house specialist tiramisu, really is my sister, who has tried to do it with anything.
My version is similar to the classic one, with a more delicate and light cream. I hope you like it!
- 400g ladyfingers
- 200ml whipping cream already sweetened
- 500g mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- coffee q.s.
Divide the egg yolks from the whites. In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar and then add us mascarpone. In another bowl, whip the cream. In another bowl beat the egg whites. Add the cream and the egg whites to the rest of the compound, stirring from the bottom upwards.
Having a base of custard on the bottom of the pan in which you wants to prepare the tiramisu. Pass the biscuits in the coffee without soak them too and placing them together adapting to the container.
Cover the ladyfingers with cream and place other ladyfingers soaked in coffee on the surface. Put another cream layer and sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for a few hours to shrink the sweet.
