The custard is an easy and tasty cream. The recipe is based on egg yolk, sugar, milk and flour, used in many pastry products, such as in puffs, in puff pastry desserts or to fill a sponge cake. For preparing a perfect custard it only takes 15 minutes.
50 g of 00 flour
100 g of sugar
1 liter of milk
In a saucepan, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the milk and mix everything with a whisk.
Access the stove over medium heat. Continuing to mix the mixture, add the sifted flour little by little.
Turn the mixture continuously until it thickens.
