New year, new start

Hello guys! How are you? How was your holidays?

I rather discrete. 😉 This is the first post of the year. Each new year we do a nice string of good intentions that we strictly  won’t respect. If I think back to 2015 and draw conclusions, I would call it a transition year. Nothing happened decisive. Anything didn’t start, nothing is finished. However I wouldn’t call it a bad year. I traveled, yes. Angoulême, Marrakesh, the mountain, Rome, Lucca.

For this new year doesn’t have a series of good intentions, I have only one: happiness. This year I want to be happy.

For many people happiness is linked to some event, a goal achieved, for me it is something else. Happiness is a state of being, it is a different way of looking at own life. It means to be optimistic, not demoralized in front of adversity, don’t give up.

I think that attitude will help me change my mental and physical health and maybe, it will accomplish more than I should. 😀  I hope I get to end of the year and say that this year has changed me.
