Pork ham with peppers

Today the protagonist is pork, especially pork ham. Usually this type of cut is used for the preparation of meats, but here I propose delicious slices with peppers that are prepared in no time. The dish can easily be accompanied by a slice of bread.


Pork ham with peppers


  • 800 g of meat
  • 1 kg of peppers
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil

In a wok pan pour a little oil and then add the meat. As soon as it is cooked, remove from the pan and add salt.

Wash the peppers, clean and cut into strips. Cook in the same pan of the meat.

When they are partially cooked, season with salt and add the meat previously cooked.

Deglaze with plenty of vinegar and then add plenty of water and cover with a lid.

Continue to cook until all the water evaporates.
