One thing is sure, I am not a weakness for the spring. A little sun I like a lot, but the change of seasons hate them. Extremes in temperature just can not stand. Allergy sufferers can understand me. So in these mornings I get up almost always with a stuffy nose and in my big dressing gown of fleece, my classical sealing anti-rape, I wanted to cuddle with these pancakes accompanied by maple syrup. I had not yet tried the maple syrup and I must say that I expected more sweet malt, but it is delicious!
Recipe for 7-8 pancakes with maple syrup
– Ingredients –
- 200 g of flour 00
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- 16 g of baking powder for cakes
- 20 ml of seed oil
- Fabbri’s maple syrup
Divide the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Add flour, baking powder, milk and oil. Whisk the egg whites and add them to the rest of the dough. Anoint with oil seeds a small frying pan (about 12 cm in diameter) and pour a tablespoon and a half of dough. Allow to cook until you create the bubbles to the surface, then, must turn the pancake. Cook until the pancake is golden. Directly in the pot add the maple syrup and enjoy!
