Today it shows a quick and easy recipe that is perfectly suited for a summer dinner. I suggested the chicken breast in a delicious way, it can be also presented in the buffet with friends.

Chicken skewers



– Ingredients –

  • 200-250 g of chicken breast
  • 200 g of Philadelphia
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 hg of sliced mortadella
  • mint
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

In a bowl grate the lemon zest. Add philadelphia, the chopped mint and a pinch of salt. Mix everything.

Cut very thin chest and create strips about 2 cm long and about 8 cm.

Spread the cream previously obtained on chicken breast. Then add the mortadella and roll up.

Pierce with a skewer 3 rolls along.

In a pan pour a little oil, add a pinch of salt and place the skewers.

Cooking in the oven at 220 ° C for 40 minutes. Turn the skewers halfway through cooking.
