Dark tart with Nutella

I created the dark tart with Nutella for a particular event.

Obviously this isn’t light flat and I would say that it goes against the bathing suit test, but sometimes we must also celebrate!

Yes, I really said “celebrate”! Yesterday I made this tart for my teammates and to celebrate the entrance in the playoffs! : mrgreen:

This year was my first year in C serie and I was already excited at the beginning of the year to deal with a league  of highest category, but now even more! It always plays to win, but when you see that the efforts have produced results that you can be happy. Certainly the playoffs start  does not mean overcoming them. But in the same year it make happen “the first time in serie C” and to go up B2 serie it would scream !! We will knuckle down to it! 😉

Dark tart with Nutella recipe

– Ingredients –

  • 350 g flour 00
  • 50 g of cocoa powder
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 250 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 700 g of Nutella

In bowl pour the flour and cocoa. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the rest, getting a sandy compound. Add sugar, eggs, egg white and mix everything until mixture is smooth. The mixture is shaped like a ball, wrap in plastic wrap. Put the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Grease and flour, if it’s possible,  a tart pan to 25 cm in diameter or use of butter and baking paper.

After 30 minutes, roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm. With the help of a rolling pin to lift the pastry from the working plane and insert it into the pan, removing the excess mixture. Pour into the Nutella and level so in uniform with a spoon.

With the rest of the dough create strips with a knife or a cutter and place on the surface of the cake.

Cook at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
