I’m not a lover of rocket. The bitter taste of rocket doesn’t really like.
Today, however, I propose a new kind of pesto that its protagonist is this herb. The cheese that I added decreased the bitter and the result has me very satisfied. Seeing is believing.
- 50 g of rocket
- 100g grated cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
Wash the rocket leaves. Cut the garlic into small pieces.
Put in the blender the rocket, cheese, garlic and add 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Blend all the ingredients until creamy.
I paired the pesto with the “radiatori” of “Garofalo”.
