– Ingredients –
- 600 g of strong flour
- 25 g of compressed fresh yeast
- 150 g of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- milk
Melt yeast in little milk and mix it to the flour. While you’re kneading the dough, add little by little lukewarm water. Remember to add the salt too.
After getting a loaf keeping it in a bowl covering with plastic wrap and let rise at least two hours.
Knead again the dough and put half in a loaf bread pan, covering the surface, and let rise at least an hour.
Coating pan’s surface with aluminum foil and place it in the oven at 180°C. After about 45 minutes of cooking, remove the cover and allow to brown the surface.
