Today I speak of an event to which I was invited: Taste of Excellence.

The event is now in its third edition was held in Rome from 17 to 19 October. In addition to being reserved for the B2B with business meetings between buyers and producers, it is also directed to the public. There were eighteen show cooking of star chefs, four cooking show of emerging chefs, but also eight show cooking courses cooking schools and conferences, talk shows and presentations.

It was a great experience not only for having known new companies, but also for cooking show very interesting. I can safely say that I felt great Sacher and have rediscovered the carbonara!
