Hi girls and boys!

It will seem strange to talk about orange popsicles in the middle of autumn, but here the temperature is mild and there are still times of day when it is still very hot. So I decided to publish the orange popsicle recipe. I prepared these ice lollies this summer and loved them a lot. It’s a quick and easy recipe! These popsicles are not even that high in calories.

As a mold for the popsicles I used the CHOSIGT mold from Ikea, but you can find lots of them on Amazon too. Below there are some examples.

Orange popsicles

  • 2-3 oranges to obtain about 200 ml of orange juice
  • 100 ml of water
  • 80 g of sugar

Put the water in a saucepan and add the sugar. Melt the sugar completely, turn off the heat and let it cool. Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges and carefully filter the juice.

Add the syrup made with the orange juice and fill the mold. Insert the sticks into the mold and put everything in the freezer and leave them there until they solidify.

I recommend preparing them the night before, so that they solidify all night in the freezer.

Try them and let me know if you liked them!
