- 400 g flour 00
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of chestnut honey
- 3 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 g of butter
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 small white peach
- 16 g of vanilla baking powder for sweets
- Peel the carrots, wash and grate them into a bowl. Wash a peach and cut into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add flour, honey, melted butter, baking powder and mix.
Finally add the carrots and fishing. Mix again.
Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about one hour.
